Rail Baron Alternate Rules - Speed Rules for a Faster Game

1) All players begin the game with $50,000 instead of $20,000

2) Ignore the rule of paying $1,000 to the bank for public railroad use.

3) Every player begins with Super Chief

4) Declare at $180,000.

5) All railroads must be purchased before declaring.
