The StrongVPN website sucks, except for the technicians

Trying to follow the Strong VPN tutorials to set up a VPN on your phone is incredibly confusing and difficult. Despite their confusing tutorials, I'm satisfied with Strong VPN, simply because their customer service is rather high. There is an instant messaging support box in the bottom right of the screen when you login, and they're usually able to walk you through your setup. But if the website was less confusing, my guess is that they wouldn't need the online support quite as much. Still, Strong VPN is a reliable VPN that I rate highly. I've used their services for a while now and find them reliable.
