Rail Baron Alternate Rules - Speed Rules for a Faster Game

Rail Baron Alternate Speed Rules

1) All players begin the game with $30,000 instead of $20,000

2) Ignore the rule of paying $1,000 to the bank for public railroad use.

3) While your hometown is determined by a dice roll, you're allowed to choose the region of your *first* destination. This allows all players to obtain early purchase of a railroad.

4) Every player begins with Super Chief. No bounce out from 3^rd die.

5) Declare at $180,000.

6) All railroads must be purchased before declaring.
